In NSW, we have a Joint Parliamentary Committee on the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission, about whom it’s Chair, Gurmesh Singh, MP, says, “The role of the Committee, as set out in the Health Care Complaints Act 1993, is to monitor and review the HCCC’s overall performance” – see the letter below received from him dated 12 May 2020.
